The Bayview project is the vision of wonderful clients that chose a multi-story rental model. The building features unique green building technologies to minimize heat loss, capture rain water for irrigation and electric vehicle charges for each unit.
Located on a very narrow lot, this BONE Structure custom designed multi-residential building takes full advantage of all the natural light and environment. The 20’ wide building will have three residential units of 924 sq.ft. each on 3 levels and a fourth unit of 898 sq.ft. in the basement. All units have two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-concept kitchen with living room highlighted by floor to ceiling windows.
Key features include an open staircase in front of the building and a private terrace at the back, providing occupants an immediate oasis from the city noise.
