The collection and storage of rainwater is an efficient and cost effective way of augmenting freshwater supplies. Collected water is generally used in non-potable applications such as irrigation and toilet flushing. About 50% of Summer household water usage goes to outdoor uses such as watering lawns and gardens.

Construction projects are complex systems. There is a professional method to managing construction that controls the critical elements of budget, quality and schedule. Garrison Creek is a General Contractor. Our role is to provide an experienced team of professionals that manages the many moving parts of construction projects to deliver on time, on budget and with the highest craftsmanship standards.

To get started we set up a contract where we agree on the terms and obligations of the working relationship. The contract places the client project in our schedule and we can immediately begin designing your dream home.
Preparation is the key to smooth construction. The design phase lays the groundwork for all parties participating in the project. Design is a collaborative phase managed by the General Contractor, working directly with the client to bring the vision to life.
At this stage, we will refine the budget. Often the client doesn’t have all of the answers, such as the exact flooring product or which stone to use on the exterior. To accommodate this common scenario, we allocate cash allowances that the client can work with to select products, while maintaining the budget.
There are many aspects to the project that will affect schedule along the way, such as material deliveries, weather and season changes, etc. As the project progresses, the team provides constant updates on both budget and schedule status.
The Project Manager will ensure all aspects of the project and become the clients dedicated contact for the duration of the project. Our Green Design Experts will work with you to ensure your new home is perfectly matched to your lifestyle. We coordinate all permitting requirements with the local authorities and move forward to breaking ground.
At this point the Site Superintendent and necessary field resources have been assigned and the heavy lifting begins.
Demolition, excavation, foundation, structure…the list is long.
We maintain certified health and safety officers that monitor activities on site in relation to Ministry of Labour requirements and best practices safety procedures. We maintain an excellent track record with Tarion and we select only high quality sub-contractors which we have pre-qualified and often have many years of experience working together.

You will receive a customized closeout package specific to your unique home. This includes letters from consultants, documentation of technical systems, permit documents, warranty info and contact lists for future needs.
